Tower Truck Goes Mutual Aid To Lower Paxton Township |

Today the Tower Truck was dispatched on the First Alarm assignment to Lower Paxton Township. The 34 Box was dispatched shortly before noon today and Dauphin County received multiple calls reporting a fire. PD arrived on scene, and confirmed a working structure fire with the exposures starting to become involved. Upon arrival of Chief 34, the First Alarm Box was upgraded which brought in Truck 456. Upon arrival, Command advised to beach the Truck and send the manpower up to go to work. The crew arrived and staged for a short period of time on Side A of the main fire building. Crews were only there for a short period until they were directed in to assist in overhaul operations and with some flare ups which were occurring. The crews assisted with extensive overhaul and remained on scene for approximately 2 hours until released by Command 34. |
